Ok i was driving to a nightclub and at this piont i can see the nightclub at a distance. A cop drives by me so i check my speed i see that im just 30mph. The cop does a u-turn and pulls me over i was think shout this must be a 15mph zone. The cop comes to my window and never tells me what i did or whys he pulled me over and he never tells me to turn the car off or to see my hands. He jus asks for my drivers license and insurance and resistation which i all have with me.he aslo asks why am i out here and i tell him im going to that nightclub right there (which again is in our sight line) he also gets the info my my two passangers. then i ask him why did u pull me over he said i was speeding, then i said i was going under 30 (hoping it was a 25) then he says and i quote “well you where swerving as well” which is false one i dont drink never have never will i seen what it has done to some of my family members. But anyway as well as me not drinking, if i were swerving as he says i was i would have hit something because there are cars parked to my right on the street and there are caution cross the street cones lined up on the yellow lines as well as him coming on the other side of the road. So i was not swerving is what im tryin to say. He goes to his car we wait for about 15 mins and he rights me a ticket for doing 32 in a 25. Which again is not ture because i looked right at my speed and i was under 30 slighty. So i go about my night upset but hey what can i do. But to add fuel to the fire after i leave the club i get pulled over once again about 5 mins away from the club while on on my way home. This cop says i was goin “left to center” and takes me out of my car and i tell him about my recent ticket i just recieved about an hour and a half ago from this piont and he goes to tell me…” well i see your not drunk as your standing here just fine and you dont smell like booze and you are not slurring your words, so im not going to ticket you for swerving(which again is bs) go home. Thats just about everthing that happen my court date is in 2 weeks any help and or startegry going in to this matter would be greatly appericated!

The best advice which I can give to you is to just pay the ticket since it is not worth trying to fight it.
